The Auditor General has raised concerns that the Pornography Control Committee (PCC) failed to submit its 2025 annual report and did not budget for its activities, casting doubt on the committee’s accountability and effectiveness.

The Pornography Control Committee (PCC), operating under the Directorate of Ethics and Integrity, has been criticised for a lack of transparency after failing to produce its 2025 annual report.

Auditor General Edward Akol flagged the committee’s omission in the December 2025 audit report presented to Parliament.
